We have a new cook in our kitchen, Josefina, and she has made a quick impression on everyone who has tried her food. She makes everything from scratch: mole, tortillas, salsas, enchiladas, and most of all her Chile Relleno’s. We have heard multiple times “these are the best I’ve ever had!” We are going to label everything she creates with her name and we're very pleased to announce she is available for catering. We call it Cosina Josefina- MVM Mexican catering. She already has a few jobs under her belt and the folks raved! She can even come to the house if needed. We will demo some of her creations this Saturday 8/31 from 11am-2pm outside our store. Please come by and partake in real Mexican food!
