Enon Chapel Baptist Church Touching Lives... Making Disciples! We are an old congregation with lots of new families! Although Enon Chapel has served this community for 140 years, we are not stuck in the past. We are constantly looking to the future and are excited about what the Lord is doing today. We are affiliated with the Southern Baptist Convention, but our people come from a wide variety of church backgrounds. At Enon Chapel, we are more concerned with our identity in Christ Jesus than we are with our denominational identity. Enon Chapel is made up mostly of active-duty military and their dependents along with a number of military retirees, their families, and a few civilians thrown in for good measure. We have about 300 on our campus for our Sunday Morning worship celebration and we provide a variety of other activities through out the week. Our youth just had a whole 12 hours of fun! We had a blast playing many different games, watching movies, jamming out to music, and spending time in fellowship and prayer, all while spending the night at the church. We talked about humility and the example that Jesus had left for us. All of us are truly one big happy family, and we always love new members!
