6-session Fundamentals Course (by appt):
The best fitness deal in Mid-Michigan: six free sessions that cover the squat, deadlift, press, basics of Olympic lifting, bodyweight movement (like pull-up progressions), and principles of safe and effective training.

Babysitting:
Babysitting is offered at no additional charge during specific weekday and weekend classes.

All of our classes are instructor led. We utilize high intensity interval training to produce amazing results. A typical class includes warmup, stretch, weight lifting, interval training, cool down and stretch.
You are expected to bring your current day's level of intensity, a good attitude and a willingness to learn. You can expect nutritional assistance, training guidance, a positive atmosphere, a supportive community and to actually have fun working out while getting results fast.

We will run the WOD at both 8:30 am and 10:30 am classes that day.
