I am a licensed massage practitioner working out of my studio at Yogabliss located on Mercer Island as well as home appointments in the area. Using a combination of myofascial, craniosacral and reflexology techniques, I facilitate the body's return to ease, allowing greater focus and clarity of mind. I believe that the greatest gift I can offer is deeply listening to your body's own intelligence and applying my understanding of its structure and mechanics to create a unique massage experience.
