We are offering FREE Zumba for non-members during the month of April! Class is Saturday mornings at 11am. Members...grab a non-member friend and stop in for class!
From Connie: This is a reminder that there is no class on Wednesday morning, but I will have a Wednesday evening class at 5:15. Think about trying the evening session this week. Thank you to Annette and Merrideth for bringing new music from Florida. The CD is called "Serene Dream" by Janet Spahr. She plays handpan music. Check out the website at janet@spahrstudios.com.
