Fine Mexican dining since 1964! Casa Carlos has been a family-run business for over 45 years.
The menu is cooked with all fresh ingredients. The tamales are made in our own kitchen, and cooked fresh two or three times a day. The flour tortillas are the best you can find because they are made in-house daily. The fajitas are a favorite, but you have got to try the chile verde if you like a little spice. Be sure to wash it all down with one of our signature margaritas!
The Cantina has two big screen televisions to watch your favorite game!
The food is great but it's the service that has kept us in business so long. Our motto is, "You can't train people to be happy, you have to find happy people." This has been a local favorite for more than three generations of customers. There is a reason people keep coming back.
