Events of the past, and how you’ve processed them, directly affect your entire being. However, you are not stuck. You have the ability to move energy, to release emotional scares and to clear and create new space for new positive energy. In this work shop we will: Discuss the 7 energy centers of the Chakra System Work through each energy center in a vinyasa flow practice. Finish with a Chakra Balancing Meditation This is an all levels vinyasa flow practice. We will move slow and modifications will be offered for every posture, however, there are several sequences with standing postures. Practice Being Truly Present Unplug & Be Mindful Yoga 696 Plain Street Suite 5- Marshfield Sunday December 24th 9:00am-10:30am $20 Adult Rate, $15 Seniors/Students/Veterans “The past is history, the future is a mystery, and this moment is a gift. That is why this moment is called ‘the present’.” In this class, we will spend time partnering up and practicing being truly present with another person. We will then use Yin postures (poses held for a period of time) to become truly present in our own bodies. We will move into a more active practice (Yan) and then take time to meditate and be present with our true Self. It is my hope that this practice will carry over not only thru the holiday week but throughout all of your days.
