Week of Compassion
We make many choices every day. The message this Sunday (February 19) will be "It's Time to Choose".
Join us for worship this Sunday morning at 8:00 (in the chapel) or 10:00 (in the sanctuary) to hear a message about love, marriage, and our relationship to Christ. Then stay for a fellowship meal of smoked pork loin, baked potatoes, and all the fixings!
New teen homeless shelter opens in JC
Super Sunday this week at First Christian Church! February 5 is Scout Sunday and the cub scouts of Pack 45 will be giving a presentation at the 10:00 worship service and selling cakes and cupcakes in the parlor following the service. The youth will also be sharing their Souper Bowl of Caring gathering of food from the day before with a presentation. The praise band will be playing at the 10:00 service also.
Memorial service for George Green will be held Tuesday, January 17, at 2:30 at the church. Visitation with the family will be one hour before the service.
