Member drop-in- $7.00 per class

CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
Our classes are designed for any female that wants to target those frustrating areas while increasing energy and overall health. We embrace all women regardless of personal fitness level. We will work with you to meet and exceed your personal goal(s).
Lunch Crunch
Do you need a quick workout to help energize you for the rest of the day? Don't like getting up and knocking it out before work and can't disrupt your evening because of other obligations? Lunch Crunch is for you! This 30 minute session will increase your vitality and self-esteem. Who doesn't mind looking better while feeling younger?! Our interval training is designed to boost that metabolism for the day, so you don't have to later on. We welcome any fitness levels and show options so the workout works for all and anybody!
Fitbody Bootcamp
This is a workout designed to hit cardio peaks, fatigue the muscle and make you wish it were over--yet when it is, you leave feeling fantastic and rocking those skinny jeans and leggins! We'll work the whole body during this 60 minute sweat session! Don't worry ladies, grab a water bottle and towel-- you got this.
PIYO-LIVE
Come get your strength on in this full body work out. Upbeat music is paired along with lunges, squats, and many other moves inspired from yoga and Pilates for a fun and energetic class.
Tabata Madness
Is a high energy class that incoporates strength and cardio in a Tabata format. This 60 minute class will be split into five sections. First section will focus on lower body strength with incopration of weights, Second section will focus on cardio, Third section will be another strength section focused on the upper body, Fourth section will be cardio focused and Fifth and final section will be a core burn! Lets do this friends!
PureBooty
Weren't born with a booty? We can build it! PureBooty is a butt kicking, seat building, leg shaking half hour that will leave you flaunting your derriere like J.Lo herself!
Butts and Guts
Move, Shake, and Drop! All levels are welcome, get ready to sweat and feel the burn; with a combination of lower body, abs and those hardd to reach love handles. These exercises help you tone, sculpt and strengthen the lower body and core. Don't forget to bring your sass your gonna need it when you hear your sweat crying!
Barre Madness
Channel your inner ballerina in this hour of cardio, light weight training and ballet based barre workout. Get long, lean dancer muscles and feel like you are center stage.
H.I.I.T Blast
An interval work out which will max high intensity cardio exercises for a minute and then switch to weighted or toning exercises for a minute. The first part of the class will be the interval portion and the second half will be spent toning arms, legs and abs. Modifications are shown for the higher intensity exercise so everyone can join in!
