Office Hours: Monday-Thursday 10am-8pm The Community School of the Arts is a non-profit arts school offering over 200 classes in dance, theatre, music, and visual arts in downtown Marion, IN. CSA offers private lessons in guitar, bass, mandolin, drums, piano, vocal, and art! The CSA attracts students regionally from Ft. Wayne to Indianapolis and produces over six performances a year including theatrical productions, plays, dance shows and more. Financial assistance is available and scholarships are awarded for over 100 students each year. CSA is happy to be the home to the student companies of Dancers Edge Company, FLUIDance Company and the CSA Theatre compANY. Our vision at CSA is to "Ignite a community of potential through arts and creativity."

CSA's Director of Theatre, Rachel Marley, at Vertigo's TOP Flight 2017: The Basics of Rigging and Performer Flying Training this summer. Rachel was training in preparations for the CSA's upcoming performance of Wendy and Peter Pan next May!
CSA is excited to represent Region 5 of the Indiana Arts Commission at the Indiana Arts Homecoming. We will be presenting the CSA Student Performance Series as part of the Instagrant Proposals on Community Engagement. The CSA Student Performance Series gives the opportunity for local students to encounter the arts firsthand through free performances of the CSA theatrical dress rehearsals. This program has been made possible in part from the support of Community Foundation of Grant County, Indiana, Inc., Walmart Foundation Grant and American Woodmark Foundation. CSA is excited to announce the first story we will be sharing in our bi-annual theatrical dance series of Dance Upon a Storybook will be Alice in Wonderland!
