Bev's Fit House is currently closed until next week. On 3/21 I had a mastectomy, but am recovering beautifully. My sentinel and lymph nodes are clear, so I should not need any further treatment! Today I was able to fully extend my left arm, raising it to shoulder height and take a very slow paced walk.

She is one FIERCE lady, mom and grandma! Eleven months later and she has lost almost 30 pounds, 9% body fat and an amazing 47.5 inches!!! She is super strong and in an ideal body fat range!
