Our fitness programs are very different from your average gym, health club or training studio.
All of our programs are taught by experienced personal trainers and have been scientifically designed to do 3 things very well.
#1 is to burn a massive amount of fat using our non-traditional cardio techniques that will boost your metabolism. Fun Kickboxing moves in every session.
#2 is to give you lean muscle and the firm body you deserve through our cutting edge resistance training. Not the boring 3 sets of 12 people do at the gym.
Now this type of training typically burns as much as 850 calories per hour. That is twice as much as any other workout program! Which means, we will get you in the best shape possible, as fast as possible.
and #3 is to empower you with the knowledge to energize, heal, and fuel yourself through maintaining and alkaline balance in your body with clean, fresh, exciting nutrition.
When you first walk into our facility you will instantly notice that it is clean and modern, but most of all it is non-intimidating.
You will feel that everyone here is very friendly, supportive, and motivating and we are here to help you achieve your goals, no matter what your current fitness level is.
No class times your 30 min full body workout starts when you get here, trainer included.
Please understand that you do not need to come everyday, but our most successful clients are coming at least 3 or more times per week.
In addition to the fitness training we offer a free get fit newsletter that comes directly to your e-mail. This newsletter includes fitness tips, mindset principles, and recipes to keep you focused. You will also get a Jump Start Nutrition program to give you a basic understanding on how to fuel your body for success!
When you sign up on one of our programs we personally guarantee that you will lose over 100 pounds of pure fat, get shredded, and start dating a celebrity within 24 hours. haha
