Synergy Muay Thai and Kickboxing is Lynchburg,VA's only Traditional Muay Thai gym with the only active certified Kru. Muay Thai is the most effective forms of stand up fighting involving the clinch, elbows, knees, punches and kicks. It is known as "The Art of 8 limbs". Muay Thai is a kickboxing art originated from Thailand.
Synergy Muay Thai and Kickboxing also offers Brazilian Jiu Jitsu classes, Ladies Kickboxing and Self Defense, Private 1 on 1 training sessions with any of our coaches, small group training and much more. Whether you are an experienced martial artist or a beginner with no experience, our classes offered are accustomed to fit your needs. All fitness levels are welcome! See you on the mat!
