Connecting with His Holy Spirit First Baptist Church located at 504 West 2nd Street in the beautiful city of Lumberton N.C., is a place where people encounter God. Rev. Paul G. Matthews is our pastor and our worship services are spirit led, word driven, and Christ centered. We must change our relationship with God from estrangement to acceptance, from guilty to forgiven, and have our hearts changed from dead to alive. As Christians, we are to continue to change as we grow in Christ. A refined church is always being reformed by the Word of God. All are welcome to join us for weekly Sunday worship services (8:30 AM and 11:00 AM), Wednesday Prayer Meeting (6:45pm-7:15pm) Bible Study (7:15pm-8:00pm).
