Congratulations to the first winner of the Abe Neigher Five Star Employee award for non clinical staff. "Jesus Carattini has been a valuable member of the engineering team since 2016. He has proven to be responsible, caring, and willing to learn new things. He works well with others, and he is always willing to step up whenever asked, no matter the situation. He has demonstrated an excellent ability to build positive relations with staff in all departments, residents, and family members. He is compassionate, and strives to better himself through his work. He is someone I (and the organization) can count on to be there when needed. For these reasons, I nominate Jesus Carattini for the Abe Neigher Five Star Award."
