Shaved Snow is the fluffiest, most delightful frozen dessert there is! Shaved snow is light enough to help steer clear of an ice-cream-on-a-hot-day heavy feeling but there’s nothing that feels virtuous about eating a frozen treat this silky.
The texture is melt-in-your-mouth sweet, cold air. The flavors—Vietnamese coffee, strawberry, guava, purple ube, sweet leche, mango, toasted cocoanut, watermelon and match green tea —is infused into the block itself - so the shavings are silkier.

And...... We're OPEN! Come check out us at the Long Beach Arts and Craft Fair on the boardwalk. We're located between Edwards and Riverside. Flavors for today will be: Tropical Lemonade, Peach Bellini, Mango, Strawberry, Guava, Thai Coffee, Matcha Green Tea, Purple Ube, Leche, and Toasted Cocoanut.
