Littleton Historical Museum
Description
The Littleton Opera House, constructed in 1894, has hosted a wide array of performances, special events, and guests, including Bette Davis and Ted Kennedy. The Historical Museum is open Wednesdays 10 am to 2 pm, or by appointment!
The Littleton Historical Museum isn't your run-of-the mill town museum. It's over 3,800 square feet of local history, carefully arranged in professionally created exhibits. See artifacts from the Bette Davis experience and the Victorian Parlor. Exhibits include military, education, period clothing, stereoscopic slide manufacturing, toys, business, Victorian parlor. Hear stories about local history. Admission is FREE (donations gratefully accepted). Also open when the sign is out or by appointment. Handicapped accessible.
