Little Rock Military Entrance Processing Station
Description
This is the official Facebook page of the Little Rock Military Entrance Processing Station. Applicants arrive at the MEPS for processing in the morning each day. When you arrive please be aware that you need to be properly dressed in:
1) Socks
2) Clean undergarments (no sports bras, no thongs, etc)
3) No holes in clothing
4) No frayed clothing
5) Closed toed shoes (no sandals)
6) No tight or see through clothing (spandex, leggings, etc)
7) No hat or scarf
8) No obscene words or graphics allowed on clothing
9) No tank tops, midriff, or halter-tops
10) No short shorts
11) No muscle shirts
12) No low cut or sleeveless tops/shirts
You should have with you a Social Security Card and State issued Identification Card. Your recruiter should provide you with the following documents:
1) DD 1966 (Record of Military Processing) (if under 18)
2) DD 214 (Discharge Papers and Separation Documents) (prior service)
3) REDD (Reenlistment Eligibility Data Display) (prior service)
4) DD 2807-1 (Report of Medical History)
5) DD 2807-2 (Accessions Medical Prescreen Report)
6) DD 2808 (Report of Medical Examination)
7) USMEPCOM Form 680-3A-E (Request for Medical Examination)
8) MAVNI G845 (if applicable)
9) Passport (non-citizens)
10) Alien Registration Cards (non-citizens)
11) High School Diploma
