This actually could be our staff favorite: the pineapple upside-down cake with rich vegan caramel. 🍍🍍 It's super rich and not too sweet - has roasted pineapple floating through the cake. We love!!!

In honor of our birthday, and the royal wedding we have an extra special cake in our pastry case today. Elderflower cake with an orange blossom and lemon buttercream 😍. You guys, we can’t even explain HOW good this is.
