A letter we received from one of our own. It's a year old now. I decided to pick it up and read it again, as sometimes a pick me up is needed. What a great reminder and pick me up it was. Don't ever let anyone tell you making lifestyle changes will be easy. If you've been living a certain way all your life, it will be even harder. People will doubt you. You'll doubt yourself. BUT. Eventually, you can't imagine yourself without out. It becomes your new life. Your entire life changes, for the better. This lady is still going strong. She's an amazing walking testimony to what hard work, dedication, and grit can achieve. She inspires not only other clients in the gym, but also the trainers at our gym. If you want to make a change, you just have to decide to do it. Quit putting it off for another day..another week..next month. You only get one body, you only get your health once. On September 16th, we are going to hold our pre-challenge party! 🙌🏼 DETAILS PLEASE! ➡️ At the party, we will have a presentation going over the 🥒 meal plan for the 8 week challenge, 👥 accountability systems we have in place to ensure your success, and the type of 💪🏼 training we will be using during the challenge! ⬅️ ‼️ We will then do pre-challenge pictures! You will hold the pants you want to be wearing in 8 weeks post challenge! You will mingle with the other participants. You will get to know our community and support group! ‼️ While taking photos and mingling, you will have a goal setting session with one our professional coaches. ✨ 💥 We will end the party with a group picture! WHO'S THIS CHALLENGE FOR? ➡️ This challenge is perfect for anyone looking to drop 2 or more pant sizes or anyone who just needs a kickstart to their fitness lifestyle after a summer of running around!
