THURSDAY, JANUARY 21st--They're forecasting freezing rain tonight and snow in the morning. Davidson County Schools have already cancelled for tomorrow. As usual, we'll make every effort to have the store opened but the safety of our employees and customers is our #1 concern. Don't take the chance - go by the office today and pay your bill so you don't have to be on the streets tomorrow. As we enter the "winter weather" season, pay attention to weather reports and stay off the roads as much as possible when the icy weather hits. Try to pay your phone bill a little in advance when possible so you're not suddenly stuck at home and without phone service. And remember, you can always visit us at www.gandgwireless.com to pay yourbill online. We'll keep online payments posting even when the office is closed, as long as we have our phone signals.

UPDATE: PagePlus issues are still being resolved but we have access to your information again and are working to restore service outages of which we are aware. We have to go through each and every transaction we posted on Saturday and Sunday to double check accounts. If YOU PAID IN OUR OFFICE OR ON OUR WEBSITE AND YOUR SERVICE IS OFF use another line to call our office and we'll restore you ASAP. If you have wi-fi, message me your number and I'll take care of it. PLEASE do not post your number publicly on our page.

PagePlus had some issues last night and some bills were not processed correctly even though they were paid and applied on time. This happens occasionally and we usually we go in and fix these for you before you know there was an issue, but their system is not giving us the correct information right now. IF you paid your bill through us AND you're phone was still shut off this weekend, use another line to call our office and we can help you get service restored. If you paid your bill elsewhere or through PagePlus then you'll have to call them directly. PagePlus hold time is incredibly long right now due to this issue.
