We are the only full service lifestyle gym in the Upper Valley. One membership for personal training, nutrition coaching, group classes, accountability and camaraderie! No judgements - just results! Since 2007, KDR is the gym for people that don't like gyms. Quick work outs, no judgements, friendly staff, great results and a supportive culture. We are the place where you have fun losing weight!
KDR has always operated with one driving goal - provide cutting edge education on weight loss, fitness, health and nutrition to the masses while cutting through all the BS out there.
Our gym culture is all about "No Judgements - Just Results." We make it a point to ensure our members feel our cheers with out the beers atmosphere (although...every few months we have parties to celebrate different events, challenges and in general just our awesome members!).

This is a FANTASTIC article on something we encounter on a regular basis - members wanting to drop their calories. Generally most people when starting a weight loss program will either reduce calorie intake and/or exercise more. We would much rather have someone come to us eating 1500 EXTRA calories per day then someone come to us eating 1500 calories per day.
