Day 23! Only 4 minutes and 2 activities today! Start at 10 reps, then 9, 8 and so on. Good luck!
Day 22 of our abdominal challenge! Start with 7 activities and 7 reps each. Then remove the bottom activity and do 6 activities for 6 reps. 5 for 5, 4 for 4 and so on. Go as far as you can in 6 minutes!
Day 21! Rep counts are at the top for the 4 activities. See if you can finish in under 6 minutes!

Day 19! Start with 7 reps on the 5 activities, then drop down to 6 reps, 5, 4 and so on for 6 minutes!
August Abdominal Challenge Day 18!!! Start with 2 reps on the 6 activities and then move up to 4 reps, 6,8,6,4 and 2. How far can you make it in 6 minutes?
