That’s a wrap on the 2018 CrossFit Open! For 5 weeks we came together as a gym and gave it everything we had. Laid it all on the floor. Set personal records. Cheered, yelled and screamed to push one another to their next level. To say that I am proud of you all is an understatement. Congrats to everyone that participated. I am stoked to see what next year brings! Now let’s get to work. Trust your coaches. Trust the programming. It will pay off in the end if you listen and put in the work.
