From lobster rolls to panko chicken fingers, from brisket sandwiches to an assortment of whole grains and green salads, there’s something for everyone at Apiary!
Apiary also sells a curated selection of artisanal snacks, specialty foods and ingredients such as organic maple syrup, farmstead cheeses and organic miso paste. In-home/venue catering and in-store private cooking parties are available too!
Chef/Owners Joerg Zehe and Kim Nee have been friends and business partners for over 20 years since meeting as student chefs at the French Culinary Institute. Since then, they have worked together and individually at Ed’s Lobster Bar, Magnolia, Matsuri, Bolo and Maloney & Porcelli.

Prior to opening Apiary, Joerg assembled a wide range of culinary expereinces in leadership positions at acclaimed kitchens in NY and Washington D.C., including Campagna, Galileo, Odeon, Bolo, Maloney & Porcelli and Trump National Gulf Club. Joerg Zehe was trained by top chefs such as Jacques Pepin and Alain Sailhac at the French Culinary Institute. Tired of the same old night out routine? HEAT THINGS UP A BIT with a private cooking class/BYOB dinner party at Apiary! Come make a mess in our commercial kitchen while picking up some knifing and cooking skills with your friends. Enjoy the fruits of your hard work served with your BYOB wine. You will design the menu, learn to cook, and have a great dinner party. Apiary will do all the prep and cleaning up!
The wonderful thing about being hyper local is that we only have to walk a few blocks to work ;-) Apiary will be open on Saturday from 8-4! There will be plenty of hot & delicious food, snacks and treats to warm you up! Have a fun-filled safe weekend!
