This Thursday we'll be releasing our newest Canning: Double Dry Hopped Waikikamukau. This is a heavily wheated and oated North East Double IPA dry hopped with Motueka, Wakatu, Columbus, and Lupulin Citra and then double dry hopped with another pound per barrel of Vic Secret. Waikikamukau weighs in at 8% ABV and 18 IBUs dry hopped at a rate of 4.5 lb/BBL

Our Post-AC Beer Fest week has been amazing! To start it off we brewed a batch of our upcoming Medusa hopped NEIPA on Monday and also released our freshest batch of Yacht Juice out into the world. We had an incredible All Day Tap Takeover at the Cloverleaf Tavern on Tuesday, where we tapped NINE beers including a keg of Kalashnikov with Koffee. Wednesday was another brew day (Vienna NEIPA) and the official release of our Belgian Pale Ale, 47 Bells, in our Tap Room. Yesterday we attended a meet and greet at Morris Tap and Grill for their Beer Madness participants and then headed up to The Milton Inn where we WON their 4 Way-Paddle Battle! We aren't sure how today is going to live up to the rest of the week, but hey... at least it's Friday! Not only is today a double brew day but we are also debuting our newest beer, 47 Bells! This Belgian Pale Ale was hopped using Cascade, Amarillo, Simcoe and Citra giving it a nice citrus vibe with hints of pine on the back end. We reused Belgian yeast from our Real Blonde for this brew so it has a fantastic banana Belgian funk that is sure to please. A nice easy drinker, the 47 Bells rings in at 6.6% ABV and will be available in our tap room starting at 4pm! (If you look closely you might be able to find 47 Bells in our photo today too!) It's finally here! The Icarus Tap Takeover at the Cloverleaf Tavern in Caldwell, NJ ALL DAY today. Monday morning Brewday. Now that we're recovered from Atlantic City Beerfest we're getting our tanks full of fresh new beer. Brewing a brand new North East IPA today showcasing a brand new style of hop: Medusa. Medusa is considered a "Humulus lupulus neomexicanus", a whole new species from our typical "humulus lupulus lupulus" which gives it a unique guava, melon, and apricot flavor. We've paired it with Cascade and Citra to bring out even more bright fruit flavors. In addition to todays Brewday we're also getting the second (of three) hoppings done on DDH Waikikamukau (pictured) which will have more than 4 lbs per Barrel of Motueka, Cryo Citra, Columbus, Wakatu, and Vic Secret.
