GrillSmith is a refined-casual, chef-inspired restaurant concept that specializes in innovative and creative interpretations of classic American dishes. The heart and soul of one man goes into every GrillSmith meal we prepare. That man is the GrillSmith. Just as a goldsmith perfects his craft, the GrillSmith has spent years perfecting the artistry of the grill, shucking the confines of convention, and giving traditional recipes a modern twist.
Then he opened his own place to share with you all he has learned. And while delicious, exciting food is his cornerstone, it must be served well. With a smile. In an atmosphere where patrons can relax and feel special. Because that’s how a great meal should be enjoyed. And those are the GrillSmith's orders.
Private dining rooms are available at all five GrillSmith locations for corporate and social events. Semi-private spaces are also available for larger groups and outdoor parties. To book your next event at GrillSmith, email events@grillsmith.com.
