Located in Downtown Lake Worth just East of Dixie on Lake Avenue. We are an upscale gym without the upscale costs. We provide a clean and friendly atmosphere with 24-hour access. Owners Dawn and Sarah and their supportive staff go out of their way to make sure they know you and your goals. They provide accountability and guidance to all of their members.
