Specials this week! Cracked Skins- Roasted jalapeno cream cheese with blackberry and cilantro jam, topped with cotija cheese. Salad- Northfield Farms organic spinach, soy sauce marinated mushrooms, sautéed leeks, watercress and wasabi pistachios. Fish: Hamachi crudo with preserved kumquats, ginger-grapefruit infused oil, sorell and mint-calabrian chiles. Butchers Choice #1: 10-ounce Sakura Farms bone in pork chop, english pea risotto, pickled sweet peppers with roasted garlic aioli and cashew herb relish. Butchers Choice #2: 12 ounce ribeye with lemongrass eggplant ragout. Served with frisee salad with lime vinaigrette.
