in this job training program our goal is to inspire and motivate our inner city and urban youth we will be doing business as the C.A.N.D.I.E. C.L.U.B the candie club is an acronym for Communities Around North America Developing Independence Embracing Children of Low income and Urban Backgrounds in the candie club our goal is teach our youth to set positive goal and achievable career and educational plans we teach our youth the value and importance of being leaders, we also teach students the principles of smart money management and good work ethics through the duration of this program students will learn job training skills such as: resume building, college prep, social media marketing, and more. in the job training program students must complete 5 phases to graduate each phase is worth 200 points, there are 5 levels in each phase, each level is worth 40 points. each student must earn an additional 1000 points from the community for a grand total of 2000 graduating points once a week all students, sponsors teachers, and parents will meet to award level advancements, once a month all students, sponsors, teachers, and parents will meet to award completed phases to participate in the job training program student still attending academic courses must have all teachers and parents signed approval, to further ensure that all students are actively participating in all academic studies this program will last 25 weeks starting January 2, 2017 ending June 25, 2017
