Boys To Men had a good but hot day today. 7 yards and 1 lot. Yes, some had to be cut 3 times. Thank you Jonathan Bryant and Jahviel Cobb for your work today. You never complained once about the heat. We had a good lunch and so many laughs. You guys are the best.

We had the best night at the Gate. Fun, laughter, pizza and fellowship. A very special thank you to Janet Taylor for coming and bringing His message to the students. How powerful to see the students at the front crying out to the Lord. It was all the precious Holy Spirit doing what He does. It was such a blessing. Thank you to all dear friends and volunteers: Derrick Stalnaker David Rouse Donna Hester Rouse Charles Taylor Jose Ochoa Teresa Lynn Ed Eason. I think we surprised Donna Smith Hardy with a birthday cake. Thank you Lord so much for this night. It is all because of You.

Boys To Men were at it today. 7 yards/lots done. We had some help on the last job and they did great. We will see them this Friday night at the Gate also. Tykel Scott and Jahviel Cobb did a full day today and had some fun at Kings for lunch. I am proud of you guys. Thank You Lord for these 2 and for our new friends. <><

Our last day with the Little Gaters for the 2016 school year. It was absolutely wonderful. We had such a great meal and the kids loved it. This was all for them because they are so special. We will have many more great times this summer and we can't wait. Thank you so much for all the volunteers that came 2 times a week to work with this students. It was a success. A special thank you you to Donna Smith Hardy for all your planning and time you put into this school year. God bless all of you.

What a fun night at the Gate. Thank you to all the contestants in the Gate Got Talent show. Mr Jahviel Cobb taking first place. Thank you to all the volunteers who help make this a success. Thank you Brian Minder for providing all the students and children with a box dinner from Chick-fil-A. Thank you to Donna Smith Hardy for preparing some delicious spaghetti, salad and garlic bread for all the adults. A big thank you to all our dear friends at 902 for coming out and playing music and loving all the kids. And thank you to Mr David Rouse for coming on stage and showing everyone how to do The Worm, lol. It was a sight to see. And most of all, thank you to our Lord for bringing some much laughter and smiles to everyone. You are the Gate.
