FYI for Kilgore Water Customers: Late last night, we experienced a water pump failure which resulted in lower than normal water pressure. Additionally, we will be turning on the Surface Water Treatment plant over the next few days, which will change the water source for some customers and may result in temporary discoloration until the system normalizes again. If your water ever is darker than a light tea color, please report it to the City Front Desk at 903-988-5081 and we will send someone to flush the system.
