Yesterday was National Girls and Women in Sports Day! To celebrate our girl members were very active in programming including Teen Center Lady Rebels Jr. Cheer team, Lady Club Ballerz Basketball Camp, and Triple Play activities including Volleyball and Soccer! We’re empowering girls to “Takeover Thursdays” by engaging in physical activity in a Club gym or outdoor space.#bgcgirlsownsports
Tickets for the Great Kenosha Pizza Bake-Off 2018 are now available at the Boys & Girls Club of Kenosha! Tickets are $10 for adults and $5 for kids 10 and under.

Last night's Teen Center Career Fair was a hit! Teen members visited with reps from over a dozen companies and organizations, in all different fields. Thank you to these awesome organizations who came to share information and advice with the teens! Due to KUSD being closed- our Teen Center and Youth Centers are closed tonight, 1/23.
We are very thankful to the Kenosha Community Foundation for awarding our Club grants to provide the following opportunities for our members in 2018: La Fave Family Fund- will provide opportunities for staff to take teens on 3 college tours and assist with fees for submitting college applications. Women's Fund- will provide funds for a self defense class for female members. Kenosha Arts Fund- will allow us to buy needed art supplies for the Summer Youth Employment in the Arts program! #GreatFutures
