Pastor appreciation month would not be complete without taking a good hard look at Journey’s very own Youth Pastor, Andy DeNoon. We all love Andy for his antics, those cheesy videos, and the non-stop laughs of the Winter Banquet. But I hope you will join me today in telling Andy how much we appreciate him. Because behind all those jokes and puns is a man who seriously loves Jesus and is serious about serving Him. As our youth pastor he is deeply responsible for the spiritual growth of each and every kid that comes through our church doors. He works very hard at teaching them the importance of a Christ-centered life. As a Journey staff member he spends countless hours each week going above and beyond to do what he knows will benefit the church whether it was in his job description or not. He is always supportive, positive, a good friend, a good husband and father, and a tireless Christ-like role model to our youth. We can’t imagine Journey Church without Andy and his family! Please let Andy know how much you appreciate him!

Student led worship practice
So many great things going on for student led Sunday. You don’t want to miss it!
When ‘Pastor Appreciation Month’ is mentioned it’s impossible to not think of this man here. Today we want to shine a spotlight on our very own Pastor Matt Mccaulley! Trying to find a picture of this man not in the middle of doing something is nearly impossible. Why? Because he’s always doing something! Matt has always been one for casting vision and chasing Gods will till it’s accomplished. Whether he is walking in the abandoned woods in Joplin to speak with people without homes on Monday nights or directing his first motion picture, Matt has always had a passion for reaching the lost. He is a faithful, determined, and loving Pastor, Father, and Husband and we can’t thank him enough! Whether you see him this week and tell him yourself or comment below let’s show our appreciation toward Matt!
