Child Guidance Center had 16 volunteers come out Saturday morning to help Habitat Beaches JACKSONVILLE build a home. I am humbly honored to work with such a great group of people who continuously give back to our community.

For the past couple of years staff at CGC have donated food and prepared Thanksgiving baskets for our needy families. Last year we provided over 40 families baskets of food. If you would like to help, you can donate nonperishable items and drop them off at ANY of our sites or call Sherie at 904-400-6726 to make other arrangements.

Hats Off Hustle 5K | 1st Place Sports Running

VENUE CHANGE: Due to unforeseen issues, Child Guidance Center's 4th Annual Hats Off Hustle 5K & Run Fun will be held on Friday, September 30th. Fun Run starts at 6:30 p.m. at 715 Riverside Avenue (where RAM is held). Linda from Balloons R4 Twisting will be there creating balloon art for children/youth/adults. Part of Child Guidance Center’s mission is investing in our community. For the past several years staff at the Center have donated food for our food pantry to help our clients in times of need. Staff will be involved in various food drives the next few weeks and we would love for the community to join in. Our goal this year is to fully stock our Full Service Schools food pantry that would be available to students (and their families) at Sandalwood and Englewood, as well as their feeder schools. Please consider either donating nonperishable food or money towards our food drive.
