I want to thank Shon for all the people he had an impact on at ERF! He's done an incredible job helping people reach their fitness goals. Today is Shon's last day before he heads to AF Basic Training on Monday. If you get the opportunity today please stop by and wish him good luck on his new adventure.

I'm always amazed at people who refuse to let set backs get in the way of their goals. Diane had to have surgery on her hand but hasn't let that effect her progress. Modify and push forward is her motto!!! Go Diane!!!
Fitness Boot Camp Tuesday Fitness Poker! Forgot how fun this could be!
Experimenting with programming for Tuesdays and Thursdays. Today we pulled out the cards and played a little Fitness Poker. Thanks for the suggestion Laura. Writing the exercise on the card made things much smoother.
