Mellow Mushroom is an immersive experience of color, art, music and light, providing a delicious escape from the mundane. Pizza Spotlight: Holy Shiitake Pie -- Olive oil and garlic base, shiitake, button and portobello mushrooms, caramelized onions, mozzarella and MontAmoré. Drizzled with garlic aioli and spritzed with black truffle oil. Garnished with fresh chives and shaved parmesan.
