Danny Liu is a global marketing specialist working in the Medical Device Manufacturer Program (MDM). Today he shares a bit about himself. 1. What is something that your colleagues don’t know about you (and would surprise them if they did)? I played the violin for 7 years and taught 2 students along the way. In 2005, I had the honor of playing at Carnegie Hall in New York with my high school orchestra. 2. What is the last book you read? I enjoy reading Chinese-language novels that romanticize China’s history. Not only are they interesting but they help me learn more about my people’s history as well as improve my Chinese reading skills. An excellent example would be Romance of the Three Kingdoms, which covers a turbulent era in China of rising warlords and their conquest to rule the country. 3. What do you like to do outside of working for ASP? I love to watch and play sports, specifically basketball and football. I play on a basketball team in one of the leagues in Irvine. I also enjoy outdoor activities such as snowboarding, hiking, jet-skiing, etc.
