A two bedroom beach cottage, just one house away from the sand on beautiful Indian Rocks Beach. Avoid the crowds at this peaceful writer's escape. Half way between Clearwater Beach and St Pete Beach. No pets. No smoking. This magical no fuss no frills cottage was first owned by my Uncle Joe Fraterrigo. My grandmother, Filomena Gullo fell in love with it and when he decided to sell, she bought it from him. At the time it was only a shack, used for a man cave escape to fish and play cards. Now, it's the perfect place to relax, have a party or use it as a writers escape like I do.
