After checking the internet review sites, as i always do to make sure our customers are always satisfied, i came upon a 2 star review on google and wanted to address it because google doesn't allow me to reply. Our store policy on rods is as follows: You have 2 weeks to bring the rod back if you don't like it as long as you have the receipt and it isn't broken. We WILL warranty any rod within reason. WE DO NOT Warranty rods that are no longer covered for warranty and if the company requires a re-stocking fee, we charge what they ask. We also ask that you not bring us rods back that have been mistreated or not legitimately broken. I know there are some other stores claiming lifetime warranty on certain Tsunami rods, but they're abusing the Trust of Bimini Bay Outfitters, who owns Tsunami. We appreciate all your business and just want to keep things legitimate and fair for all companies we partner with currently and in the future. I have included the warranty card of the Tsunami Airwave which is attached to the rod and is what we stand by. Tight Lines!! - Jr
