After running a collection for a little over the month we are pleased to have teamed up w the @thefooddrivekid and help them surpass last year's total for hungry children in Wake County! So proud of these strong moms for CRUSHING the brutal Burn Trainer S&C test this AM! Many of them passing with a time under 10 minutes and all who tested passed in under the 15 minute time frame! • 25 consecutive Double Unders • 25 unbroken push-ups • 75 Jump Squats • 5 unbroken pull-ups from a dead hang • 1/2 mile run • 25 burpees!
