This week we will have Marvel vs Capcom: Infinite, Street Fighter V and Tekken 7 tournaments. Given the number of setups currently available, entries will be capped at 8 players per station. So the more consoles and moitors people bring, the bigger our tournaments can be! Please let us know in the comments below if you are going to bring any equipment. Anyone bringing stuff can/should show up about an hour early to get everything set up. There will be a $5 venue fee to participate. If you want to just play casual/friendly matches, the venue fee is all you'll have to pay. If you think you might want to enter a tournament, be sure to bring $5 for each tournament you want to enter. If it is your first time at a Salty Sweets event, you may enter one tournament for free after paying your venue fee. $25 Each registered player will receive a special Crimson Invasion Pre box that contains 4 booster packs of Crimson Invasion and 1 of 4 special 22 card promo packs. Build a 40 card deck with cards from your box and basic energy which I will have available to loan. We will play 3 quick rounds for fun and laughs. Extra prize packs will be handed out based on attendance! After completing tournament and returning borrowed energy you will get 3 more packs of Crimson Invasion!

Due to ongoing abuse of the tab system we have to make some changes. This policy takes effect immediately. Existing tabs will have 30 days (until November 18, 2017) to pay off their balance before new fees will be instituted. This is subject to further possible updates. Tabs will be allowed on a daily basis and must be closed each day. Credit Lines will be for larger purchases, and are subject to application approval. 1) No one can open/add to a tab if they have an existing tab from a previous day. 2) When a customer opens a tab they must provide their name, an email address (our system requires it and allows customers to look up their tabs and orders online for the future) and leave a credit or debit card at the counter that they can pick up when they leave and they have been successfully charged. We will also add $5 Holding Fee if they leave their card without paying. The Holding Fee will increase to $20 after 5 days. 3) Credit Lines will have to be paid within 2 weeks from the ORIGINAL DATE of the Held Charge. Customers have to pay at least 50% of the price of the item(s) when adding it to their account. The customer will have to fill out a form which will ask them to provide their mailing address, phone number, credit card information, and one form of Identification (i.e. drivers license). If the Credit Line isn’t paid for completely within 30 days then an additional $20 fee per month will be applied from its creation date. The balance may be subject to collections for delinquent payments. 4) No special orders will be placed for customers with outstanding balances. Pre-ordered items may not be picked up unless prepaid or existing balances completely paid off.

MvCI is here! We're weekly now! On the off-weeks of our tournaments, we will have casual stations open for people to come play their favorite fighting games. Marvel vs Capcom: Infinite, Street Fighter V, Tekken 7 and Killer Instinct are guaranteed to be set up for casuals everytime, but you can always bring a console/monitor for the fighting game of your choice.

It will consist of 3 rounds, with each player having a 60 min deathclock. Players can have up to 2 lists of 75 points for a single declared faction. Themes for your faction are allowed, and the most recent errata and FAQs will be used.
