Skull Creek Marina
Description
Skull Creek Marina, managed by Coastal Marina Management, is known up and down the Intracoastal Waterway as a true Boater's Marina. Lowcountry charm. Convenience. Southern hospitality. Those are the hallmarks and traditions of Skull Creek Marina, located amid the sprawling oaks and Southern breezes in Hilton Head, South Carolina.
Skull Creek is a modern marina with the amenities boaters have come to expect with a little something extra: a genuine Southern welcome. There are modern concrete floating docks accommodating vessels up to 200 feet in length along with 24-hour privacy and security, competitively priced gasoline and diesel at the fuel dock and more. Skull Creek Marina is very conveniently located just off the Intracoastal Waterway with deepwater access to Port Royal Sound and nearby Atlantic Ocean.
In Hilton Head Island, there are plenty of additional amenities including golf, restaurants, beaches and shopping but many of our visitors prefer to remain close to the marina, spending their time enjoying the relaxing Lowcountry lifestyle for which the region is understandably famous.
And there's the friendly, professional staff, offering world-class hospitality and assistance at every step of the way in what we call a "customer-centric" approach, in a marina environment that's quiet, serene and peaceful. Visit as a guest, leave as a friend. That's the Skull Creek Marina advantage.

facebook.comHey everyone! It's Angela Hyde. Would love to see the fireworks if you want to share. I'm recovering at home from surgery.
Saw this earlier. If you can zoom in, you can see your boat! Hope all is ok with everyone, Angela.
Everyone this is Angela, trying to update when possible, phone service isnt too hot. I am still out with my cancer but This is the update I have gotten from the new owners: Arquimedes Fernandez & others are on duty at SCM securing the docks & vessels. They are doing everything that can be done - within reason. If possible, each boat owner must tend to their boat - or have their boat's care-taker check on it ( if possible). The Marina is intact - but has sustained damage.
Anyone know a status on our SCM?
UPDATE 7/18: Angela's PET scan this past Wednesday came back negative, indicating the cancer has not spread to anywhere else in her body. She underwent surgery on Friday as scheduled to remove the remaining lymph node under her right arm. They did place a port during Friday's surgery. The plan now is 3 weeks of recovery followed by 12 weeks of chemo.
