Just had the pleasure to host some serious Latin jazz legends. These Grammy award winning players were members of Fania All Stars, Dizzy Gillespie, Tito Puente. This Latin jazz ensembles members include Phoenix Rivera son of the legendary Dizzy Gillespie's long time Sax player and composer Mario Rivera. Multi Grammy award winning vocalist Cassandra Willson. Conga master Ivan Renta of Eddie Palmieri, Willie Colon and fania fame. On piano you have film scoring composer Steve Sandberg who amongst his Latin jazz accomplishments also gave us Dora the Explorer and Go Diego Go. It was a great effortlessly awesome display of amazing music here at The Shack.

Throw back Thursday. We have been here at Westland Industrial Park for nearly 30 years. Here are 2 photos One was taken last decade and the other one was taken last week. What a difference a decade makes in a studio control room. Thanks to everyone who has helped and supported the shack in 3 decades of growth. We hope we have contributed to your growth as well. I cannot express to you how awesome it is to know that part of our daily lives here include knowing that when we go to sleep there are things on earth that did not exist when we woke up and we helped nurture that. Love each other every day.
