Ribbon Cutting Ceremony 5.16.17 Welcome to Aspiring Future Leaders Academy, LLC, (AFLA) we look forward to partnering with you and your family to ensure that social and educational needs are being met. It is our hope that you and your family sense that AFLA is a nurturing environment for your child/children to develop and grow. We strive for excellence in every area as a nurturing environment for all children to have the opportunity to flourish and grow. Our goal is to provide an exemplary learning experience for infants, toddlers and preschoolers. Parent interaction and participation are an integral part of our program to ensure the learning transfer between the learning center and home. Families are an important part of of their children’s lives and education, your input and voice is a vital part of our program. Your child/children are an important part of our family, we will serve the entire families. AFLA employee has many responsibilities to children to children, families, personnel, regulatory agencies, community and the profession. The upmost importance is the well-being of the children in our care, above our obligations to other constituencies. We will also recognize the importance of and maintain a humane and fulfilling work environment for personnel and volunteers. We are committed to professional development of staff and volunteers.
