In case you have not heard, there is a new yoga studio in town. I had the opportunity to talk with the yoga instructor, Lauren Barth. The training program she went through is really impressive. She demonstrated a great knowledge of common mistakes that many fitness professionals make and adjustments to the movements to prevent those mistakes. I have also taken a class and can say she keeps it fun as well. If you have hesitated to try yoga because of safety or ability concerns; you can do it. And you will be in great hands with Lauren.
