UFC Gym Hendersonville is the premier group class-based fitness facility for the whole family. Train Different! Be Different! Live Different! UFC GYM Hendersonville is a unique family fitness center that makes world-class training available for everyone! Our gym is 100% results focused and offers a wide range of group fitness classes for people who are ready to train like champions. Some of our services include fitness boxing & kickboxing, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, circuit training, youth classes, women’s programs, personal training, and more! All of our classes are taught by experienced staff members and many include a blend of MMA techniques. Our fitness center also provides state-of-the-art equipment for more traditional workouts as well. We schedule youth and adult classes so that the whole family can work out together and have fun at the same time at the same place. We believe that by empowering our members with a positive environment and professional instruction, we can help everyone live healthier and happier lives.
Burn fat, build lean muscle, and have fun doing it with one of our more than 60 small group classes per week. If you are bored with the same old workout routine or if 45 minutes on the treadmill sounds like torture, then UFC GYM is for you. Additionally, UFC GYM Hendersonville is owned and operated by a local Veteran. Our mission is to be Hendersonville’s premier family fitness center. Be Bold! Be Different! Train Different!
