We are about 2/3 of the way framing the first floor. The joist and trusses will show up within a couple weeks. By then the entire first floor will be framed including the upper and lower garages...moving alone well.

The construction and schedule on the custom home are moving rapidly. Faster than we can post pictures! The pictures include the steel reinforcement of the footing and slabs, placement of the concrete slabs and the start of the steel columns and beams of the structure.

We keep moving forward in the schedule. The block retaining walls have been constructed, water proofing installed, back fill and underground plumbing completed. We'll pour the concrete slab by end of month and start to go vertical on the structure! That is when it get really exciting, keep watching.

Concrete and steel phase progresses. Still on schedule for upper level concrete footings, underground sewer/water and electrical.

First concrete footing pour of many! These are in the lower garage steel column locations. There are (36) columns in this design due to the high ceilings and seismic requirements in the event of earthquake. The footing phase of work will take approximately three weeks of careful layout and pouring.

Day 1 starting the grading phase. Over excavation to the soils engineers specifications. The whole site 5' remove, screen and replaced compacted. Tested by a third party Quality Assurance Agency, QAA.

Tell me this guy digging temporary power pole holes should get paid the same $15hr as those flipping burgers? Just rocks. Did I mention it's 1:00 pm n is 113 degrees? And he's proud to work hard n not complain! I'm heading to buy Gatorade instead of just water for this guy.

The custom home permits have been issued, contracts being executed, utilities being installed; construction is underway. We will post at all major bench mark phases and hope you will be following.

A joint venture agreement to continue the development of the existing Quail Air Center, McCarran International Airport facility has been created. Bartco Design and Construction has rejoined forces with the Ribeiro Companies. Bartco DC will provide project management, design and production coordination, bidding contracting administration and as well as onsite construction supervision. The project program will create another 3 acres phase of high end jet aviation facilities. Keep watching for 2017-2018 completion of the first of three 20,000 sf facilities.
