A weekend of family fun and maple tasting throughout Northeast CT. Maple Sugar Houses will be open to the public with live demonstrations of maple syrup production. Outdoor festivals will be held in the town of Hebron with fun and food for kids of all ages. Please visit our website for a schedule of all events and their locations.

Hebron Maple Festival Program Advertising Saturday & Sunday, March 17-18, 2018 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM What: 5” x 7” color, glossy booklet that is 32 pages that include feature stories about maple sugaring, maple recipes, photos and event information. Copies will be available at area businesses before the event and will be distributed to the 5000 or more guests that attend the event. This is the official event schedule and map of all the activities during the two day festival. The program has a long shelf life because of the recipes and nostalgic photos. Timing: Produced annually and distributed in early March and during the festival on the third weekend in March. Reach: 10,000 people, at minimum, will look at these programs. Both printed copies and electronic copies are available. It is a downloadable document on two websites which have thousands of hits related to the event. It is also on facebook and other social media venues, and is distributed to area businesses and visitor centers in northeast CT. Deadline for ads: Absolute deadline to send us your ad is February 15. Submission Specifications for ads: Digital artwork must be high-resolution Adobe Acrobat PDF. Word or Publisher files or any other format will not be accepted. Files should be four color process CMYK at 300 dpi or greater resolution at 100% size. All fonts and graphics must be embedded in the pdf. Pricing: Quarter page horizontal (5” wide x 1.75” tall) $50 Quarter page vertical (2.5” wide x 3.75” tall) $50 Half page (5” wide x 3.75” tall) $100 Full page (5” wide x 7.75” tall) $200 Inside front and back covers $400 Outside back cover $500 Thank you for supporting this wonderful community event. Thank you to all the vendors who were brave enough to be out in the cold this weekend so that everyone who came to the Maple Festival could enjoy their products and services. Special thanks goes to the Town of Hebron, the Fire Marshall, the Chatham Health District, the State Police, the volunteers who helped make the event fun and special and all our guests who came from all over New England. We are all looking forward to next year (warmer weather and more vendors) so be sure to put it on your calendar!!!!
