Birds? At the bakery? Yes, please! As some of you may know, Kathleen volunteers at the Bird Rescue Center in Santa Rosa. She will be out front this Saturday, May 13 from 9:30-11 with her avian ambassadors. Drop by and say hi to an owl or two and find out more about what these volunteers do.

So many beautiful blackberries are rolling in, we decided to make 2 styles of polenta tarts. One cold with lemon cream and one covered and baked. Come give them a try!

Dana has made some delicious seeded multi-grain bread. Rounds and demi-baguettes now on offer Saturdays and Sundays- and if demand increases, she will gladly increase the supply throughout the week.
